Centrally located, yet off the beaten path - it's walking distance to all of the downtown action. There's also plenty of entertainment space both inside and out to comfortably gather and stretch out. The large open floor plan gives you the chance to get everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the large main living area with plenty of lounge and dining seating for everyone. Outside you'll enjoy the spacious deck and large treed lot - plenty of sun and shade for everyone. You can take your meal outside with the propane grill and large outdoor dining area. The fire pit provides a relaxing night time gathering spot. The 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and can sleep up to 10 people in beds. Island Fever is the perfect spot for your Put in Bay vacation! 2024 Update: All new flooring and paint throughout the home. New mini-split AC/Heating units in each of the bedrooms and main living room. New beds and mattresses in all the bedrooms. Kitchen remodeled in 2022 and bathrooms in 2018. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. The only complaints we had was the sound of the water pump. Any time water is running it is so loud! Especially annoying in the bedrooms in the mornings. Small trade off for the comfort and convenience of the home! I would still HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! Especially during the peak season! (I do not recommend a stay in October!!! Most stuff was closed or not following their posted times for business. Very disappointed in that portion of our visit.) We came to celebrate a birthday and our group had a blast! The location is on a quiet street and close enough to walk downtown! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.
