Had everything cook wise you needed, cool location. In this area your right in between port Clinton and Sandusky so everything you need is within reach. We brought our bikes and being on a little peninsula area there isn’t much traffic so it was perfect. You can fish on the fishing pier, the only one set back there is not a beach to public swim, but we didn’t mind the drive to one cause there is one 10 min either way you drive, and we reached out to owners they gladly let us hook up a sprinkler we bought while we were there. We were here thru the 4th of July and although bay view doesn’t do fire works we went and watched port Clinton’s and had a blast as well. The neighbors were friendly, all around had a great time.
