Everything is specifically designed for family fun and lasting memories in a location that boasts some of the best wake surfing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing on the lake. If you have a boat, this is the place to be. The soft sand beach leads into a long gentle slope that provides great water depth for playing in the lake. The water is crystal clear and children can walk out as far as they want. The beautiful private Trex dock is solely yours to enjoy...equipped with ladders, folding safety tie-up cleats and steps that lead into the shallow water and is beautifully lit at night so you can enjoy the lake both day and evening. The large, protected L section of the dock keeps your boat safe and secure and it’s a perfect area to watch the kids play, or enjoy the sun set with wine and cheese. The local boat launch is an easy 5-minute drive from the property, allowing for quick boat launch and retrieval. The grounds are expansive with flowers and plants galore. A relaxing and peaceful Pond cascades down a rock creek to the waters edge. The water features, along with the multiple flower gardens, set a stunning visual and auditory tone all surrounded with acres of forest. Eagles, blue herons, geese, ospreys, deer, are all bountiful here. The extensive landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the beauty of the property both day and night. In addition, the large side yard has switchable floodlights located on the badminton court that cover a large area for nighttime games and other activities. The fun never ends! An expansive, covered Trex deck off the kitchen and living room provides a seating area with gas firepit and a ping pong table. A sky chair glides off the front of the deck above the flowers and toward the sunset and water. The interior of the home features hand-peeled logs. The kitchen and living room are an open concept with an entire wall of windows facing the water. The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-size log bed and connected private master bath. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs each with a private attached bathroom. One hosts a queen-size log bed and the third bedroom has two separate twin/twin bunk beds. Entertainment inside features free Wifi which is fast and reliable (rare in this area), smart TV, DirecTV. There are many additional indoor and outdoor activities including: board games, ping pong, croquette, spike ball, foosball, and cornhole. The firepit with Adirondack chairs and provided firewood is located on the grass a few feet from the water. Listen to music, roast marshmallows, (with included marshmallow flip poles) make smores, and peer above to the crystal-clear galaxy filled sky. Enjoy our high quality 4-person paddle boat, 16 ft Old Town Canoe, or 2 Wilderness Systems kayaks—all selected to be stable for kids or adults and perfect for fishing, or just exploring the lake. The large 20’ water trampoline is endless fun. Kids will play for hours and hours or just lay in the sun. It has a balance log on one end and a launcher on the other. An awesome water volleyball court sits near the shallow sand shore for more water fun! Over the years many people have asked us to rent one of the homes on the property. Now with our kids moved out, we decided to do so. We are super easy going and live in the adjacent cabin (you have your own complete privacy) so there is no hassle in getting your needs met in a timely manner. The entire property sits pretty much on its own-- surrounded by trees creating a private, secluded, peaceful feeling. This property was designed and built for deep lasting important life moments and memories; we hope that during your stay you can experience this with your family and friends. Beautiful sand beach that our granddaughters spent hours building sandcastles on. Immaculately clean log home stocked with anything you could ever need to enjoy your stay. Lush landscaping that made us feel like we were at a 5 Star resort. Super comfortable beds, each with its own bathroom. So many games to play, both indoor and out, that our family never even turned on the TV…..for a week….with kids! Very convenient to Silverwood and about 20 minutes to Sandpoint. This home and property are at an elevated level and do not compare to the dozens of other rentals we've stayed in. You are welcomed as one would imagine family would be welcomed and the hosts are responsive and go above and beyond to help their guests. We loved the rock painting station and we had so many laughs around the covered ping pong table when the weather was bad. The water trampoline was a big hit with our girls. The lake access and all of the accompanying water craft meant we had endless fun right outside the backdoor. The home is incredibly well appointed with everything you could need. This is hands down our favorite Vrbo we've stayed in. From the charm of the log cabin, to the exquisiteness of the landscaped yard, set on edge of lake Pend Orielle. You can tell this home has been a labor love. It's truly one of a kind. The home was well stocked with everything you could need, and more! We used the kayaks, canoe and trampoline daily. The owners thought of everything and more that visitors might need to be comfortable, entertained and happy. There were several boats to use, life vests, wet suits, games and a very nice dock. The home was stunning and well stocked with kitchen supplies and games. The beds and other furnishings were comfortable and there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The landscaping was beautiful and meticulously cared for. The wildlife include some cool fish caught by my grandson, and many different birds including a beautiful bald eagle, who also caught a fish. This is an exceptional property in a great location with great owners. The owners live next door to this property but are very non-intrusive. They are very friendly and responsive/helpful when needed. The owners have gone out of their way to make the property incredible. We all had such a great time that no on wanted to leave. The water trampoline was a blast for kids and adults alike. The house was very well stocked; the owners have thought of pretty much everything. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bathroom space for everyone. There is a bunk room which all our kids enjoyed as their own space. The kids loved the ping pong table and the adults enjoyed the gas firepit at night. If you are considering this property, don't think twice-just book it; you won't regret it! I wasn’t considering the house at first bc it wasn’t on main lake. It was on the River. But the location was even better bc it was quiet and private. We’ve stayed on the same lake before and love it but like trying new places. We are very very very tempted to book again bc it was overall perfect. My hubs is extremely picky so a good gauge on how nice things are. He didn’t have anything to complain about except our week went too quickly. The grounds are meticulously maintained and include a fire pit, water feature, sandy beach, and doc for parking the boat. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities kept our family busy and entertained throughout the stay. We had planned activities in the area each day and our kids asked us for "cabin time" on several days just to enjoy everything that was there. Every attention to detail was taken and we were so appreciative the location of everything was labeled. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, with really small details paid attention to with spices, cooking oil, etc. The location of the property is the perfect mix of remote paradise with access to Sandpoint a short drive or boat ride away. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and worked to make sure our stay was amazing. The landscaping is beautiful, the location is remote but still connected by wifi, the dock and water area are super well-maintained and great to use. It's obvious that a ton of thought and care went into this space and the property owners are really great people to communicate with and genuinely love the property. We could not have asked for a better stay and made lifelong memories here. There is tons of attention to detail inside the home and all around the property- this was top of the list for one of our favorite family vacations. We have children that range from three months to eighteen and there was fun for everyone to be had. Even on a rainy day the activities provided inside of the home , kept everyone more than busy. The inside of the home is immaculate and provided everything you could possibly need. The love and care that has gone into this home, definitely make it feel like a perfect home away from home for your stay. The outside property is gorgeous and very well taken care of. We enjoyed the stunning location on the lake and how peaceful it was. The kids had so much fun on the trampoline and in the paddle boat. The sandy beach was an ideal play area for our toddlers.
