« This is fairly nice place to stay. We liked the location, the amount of space and it was generally nice. However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...

« Two of my boys and I spent a long weekend at this property and we are all so impressed by the location, large lawn and overall privacy. Had such a great time and my kids enjoyed frisbee on the lawn (which is huge!) as well as time in the lake. The property is the last house on a dead end street which had a big WOW! effect upon entering. Highly recommend. »

« This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs. »

The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. « We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts! »

« This vacation home is so amazing. It is rustic, yet modern and luxurious and completely comfortable, cozy, enchanting and charming, as well as super spacious. It is only 15 minutes from Sandpoint, but much better than actually staying in Sandpoint, because it is in the forested hills by Cocolalla Lake, close to Round Lake State Park and Sandpoint, as well as a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain ski resort. The home is beautifully decorated, with all the modern conveniences and spectacular views...

« The chalet was perfect for a ski vacation. Very short distance to the free shuttle that took us up the mountain. The host was quick to reply when we had a problem with the coffee maker and she immediately brought a new one only after we figured out our error with the coffee maker. Would highly recommend this property for anybody that wanted to have a great time. »

« The information on the property states it has a dock for use which was one reason why we selected this property. Two days prior were informed by the property manager that we could not keep our boat overnight at the dock. This resulted in additional expenses to rent a temporary slip. If we would have know this prior to booking we would have selected another property. Management should be fired!!! « In early April, views of Spirit Lake were amazing. Walks to the nearby boat launch and along trails, through the neighborhood, and to the town were all wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and plenty of dishes. A great place to stay. Would return again. »
