Whether you’re here to unwind by the water or head up to Schweitzer for skiing or biking (just a 25-minute drive), you’re in the perfect spot for every season A short five-minute walk or bike ride puts you close to many of Sandpoint’s best restaurants and cafés, including Fat Pig, MickDuff’s, Evans Brothers Coffee, Matchwood Brewing, City Beach Organics, Powderhound Pizza, the Pend Oreille Winery, and a variety of local boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. Our thoughtfully appointed one-bedroom condo features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio for relaxing summer evenings. After a day on the lake or the mountain, rest easy on the luxurious king bed or sleeper sofa. Guests have full access to the Condo del Sol community amenities, including two seasonal pools (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis courts, a volleyball court, a half basketball court, and beautiful open lawns perfect for lounging or playing bocce ball. In winter, downtown Sandpoint transforms into a skier’s haven. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just 25 minutes away, and the town’s cozy cafés and bars fill with skiers swapping stories over local brews. Take a scenic walk along Lake Pend Oreille and experience the charm of Sandpoint’s winter wonderland. Your stay includes secure keypad entry, with access information provided through Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in. Located in sought-after South Sandpoint, the condo offers easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions—all just steps from the water and surrounded by well-kept lawns and landscaping. For those looking to explore, two new cruiser bikes are available for guest use. You’ll find them in the nearest bike rack; simply contact us for the lock code. Downtown is just a quick ride away—please remember to bring a helmet and always lock the bikes when you’re out. We also offer an optional boat slip rental for guests, available for $100 per day or $250 per weekend. Please note your interest when booking so we can confirm availability, review details, and collect the required proof of insurance. Check in was a breeze. Using the passcodes for the door worked really well. We chose this condo because of its location and its Boatslip. We brought our week vote from Alberta, the boat slip was right out front of the condo property with brand new docs and very easy access. Our kids are 10 and 12 and just loved the heated pool as well! The condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean and well stocked. The air-conditioning, although it was a bit loud you got used to it and it worked exceptionally well, which was key for our hot week. The bathroom was beautifully, renovated with great water, pressure and nice towels. My kids thought that the pullout couch in the living room was extremely comfortable and had great sleeps. We used the bikes once and they were fully functioning and were a lot of fun to rip around the town in.I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Sandpoint to choose this condo! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We were able to prepare a nice dish to take to the brunch the day after the wedding. The kitchen is well stocked with utinsils. The neighborhood is very quiet so we enjoyed good nights sleep. It would be a joy to stay here during the summer months, so close to the beautiful lake. ##### Myrna F. The unit itself was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The deep pool is location just a few steps from the unit. The property is surprising quite considering the number of units. Everyone was very friendly on and off the site. The host responded quickly to our emails. Based on the property description I thought Kayaks were available for our use and that there was a beach on the property, however that was not the case. There is a place to play basket ball and volley ball, but the balls were not include.
