"Game room was a hit and there was plenty of space/beds/rooms for everyone." 🏠 House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 9 beds, 2800 sq ft of fun, can be booked for 14 guests max, but the max occupancy per stay includes only the guests that are booked. No outside guests. The person on whose account the reservation was made must be present at the house during the length of the stay. 🎱 Private Game room with Xbox, 9' pool table, 12' shuffleboard table, 2-player Pacman, foosball. 🛁 Private 6-person hot tub available year-round. 🔥Out back: Fire pit, BBQ, and dining area 🚗 Parking for up to 7 cars, including a covered carport. ⚡JuiceBox 40 EV charging station for your electric car with J1772 standard. Helmets provided. 💦 Home is located on a narrow lake inlet just 3 minutes from the Long Bridge into Sandpoint. 💦 Waterfront property with 100' frontage, 30' dock that hugs the beach-less shore. Direct channel inlet access to Lake Pend Oreille for smaller boat and personal water craft, via the narrow channel inlet behind our house. 🐠 The lake level is lowered each fall. Inlet has water approximately June- early October, but can change year to year. 🚣 During lake season, put your 1 boat in at the Sandpoint Marina (smaller boat, outboard motor only) and tie up at our private dock for your stay. Only one boat permitted per booking. Sandpoint is 8 minutes by boat. Stay to the right when entering the inlet and stay to your left when leaving the inlet, to avoid underwater obstacles. Trim your motor. Depending on the size of your boat, you may need to use rope guides to turn around when leaving the dock. ⛷️🏂 🏔️ In winter ski or ride at Schweitzer Mountain Ski Area just minutes away. 🌲🏔️ Just 5 miles to state and national forests, hunting land, hiking trails 🧼 Need to do laundry? The game room was great place to enjoy and there is plenty of board games no need to pack and bring your own. Kitchen is well stocked for all you cooking needs. It was as clean as a 5 star hotel, as well equipped and comfortable as one's own home (or better!) and with toys and games like a summer camp! It has a huge fenced yard - and allows dogs - with a fire pit and hot tub; 2 kayaks right by the channel that goes to the lake with 2 paddle boards at the shed where numerous bikes are. The game room has a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, Xbox, etc etc. There are maybe 4 (? we only used 1) tv's throughout with comfortable seating and a long dining table to seat everyone. The master suite is on the ground level (no stairs) attached to a second small kitchen and dining set up. This place would work great for a large group or any group that wants to be comfortable and have fun! Sandy is a terrific host who genuinely wants people to enjoy their stay and she's set the place up accordingly. ##### Jeffrey S. Plenty of room for the kids to play and for the Grandparents to have their own space as well. All the appliances were high end. There’s so many items like bikes and water toys available we were never bored! I must also add that people around the neighborhood were super friendly, and always waved when we drove by or said hi when passing by during our walks. The young people had so much fun with the game room, and adults joined as well. The beds are comfortable and so is all the seating. And there is plenty of seating, also. The dock down at the slew that leads to the lake is quiet and pretty. We enjoyed kayaking around in that area. It also has a large fenced yard and plenty of bikes. I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about the noise from trains at night. It didn’t wake any of us up at night, you could barely hear it during the day. The house was very large and there was something for everyone to do with the game room! Plenty of space. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the lake inlet in the pictures but we ended up loving it more than being right on the main lake! It gives you more privacy and it’s just a short distance to paddle out to the lake. During the summer there is a farmers market in Sandpoint and it was only a 5 minute drive! The kitchen was well stocked, game room was a hit and there was plenty of space/beds/rooms for everyone. Management/owner were responsive and timely with handling a couple of small issues he had. I will say- the train is loud and runs all night. Because the house is close to a crossing, you can hear the horn warning clearly. Remember a sound machine and it will help! ##### Amber B. Our trip to Sagle was nothing short of incredible. The snow conditions were absolutely perfect—fresh powder and great runs every day made for some of the best riding we’ve had in a while.The house we stayed in fit our group perfectly. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and recharge after long days on the mountain. The setup was ideal, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained in the evenings—games, a cozy atmosphere, and all the amenities we could ask for.Between the top-notch snowboarding and the awesome place to stay, this trip was a total success.
