This 23-acre property also offers a beautifully landscaped yard, a barbecue and sitting area, and an impressive river rock fireplace to curl up to each evening. The basement has recently been converted into another fully-furnished bedroom, offering an additional sleeping option for your group. What's nearby: This expansive piece of waterfront property borders 150 acres of state land with trails and additional waterfront. In the winter, when the water level goes down, you'll have access to wonderful cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Feb 24, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Gorgeous property and house Huge house in a gorgeous remote area. Plenty of space for 2 families of 4 each. Skiing at Schweitzer is 40 minutes away. We downhill skied, puzzled, played games, read books, cross country skied right out of the house and cooked some great meals. Overall a great getaway. Feb 4, 2023 #### Perfect ski weekend with friends The house surpassed our expectations. Beds are very comfortable and loft has privacy from the other rooms. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and had all the amenities necessary. Kitchen had all we needed to cook for two days and space is generous for more than one family to stay. It is located a bit far from Sandpoint downtown, but prime location as we could see the frozen lake in the morning.
