"Well, it’s worn down in some areas, but you could see that they were working on making improvements . It’s located in between a lot of commercial businesses . The room was small for four adults and ice maker only on the first floor, but it was perfect location for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta. We were able to see the balloons right out the hotel front doors. The staff was super friendly including when they were super busy and helpful. Would totally stay there again."

The studio apartment has everything you need, including a good-sized, not-cramped bathroom and full-sized kitchen appliances and fridge. There are decent food options south along 4th Street and the area is remarkably quiet. The parking area is large, with plenty of room for full-sized pickups, for example. And it's set well back from the street."
