"very welcoming and responsive host. The bungalow was spotless, well-appointed and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the living room/lounging area was perfect for conversing and watching television. The back yard was fenced--perfect for a dog.The washer and dryer appeared new and were much appreciated. all-in-all a great little VRBO!"

"This place has such an amazing cozy feel, we loved it. Everything for a good home base to enjoy the Sandia area. VRBO messaging was a little scratchy, not owners fault. This stay was value packed and I would recommend it. One thing to note is second bedroom is on the small side with twin beds. The master is gorgeous!"

"After a long drive, this fits the bill for an over night stay. Fresh air and nature. We slept in a comfy room with a view of the night sky. The outdoor bathroom is a very close walk and is lit at night. Robbie, our host was very nice and accommodating. "

"It was a great location with great views. We were there for Balloon Fiesta week and didn't spend much time there, but we were comfortable and had more than enough room. We were able to see some balloons from the windows and managed a quick hike on the trails in back. I read anothee review about people using the trails by the house and I appreciated the heads up that there might be people around, so it didn't phase me...so I'm sharing that information too."
