"Great hotel and very friendly staff. The outside pool is cold. Reception staff went above and beyond. We arrived at 1 in the morning and still got checked in after calling the out of hours number. "We have just arrived home from a wonderful week at Casa Betel villa! A family of 11, between the ages of 3 and 62, the accommodation suited all of our needs perfectly. The pool was perfect for the children to enjoy safely and the pool heating was such a huge bonus! The location is great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beautiful local beach. "We grew up in Spain but live in the US. We wanted to go back and visit family and rented Gaby's house. We absolutely loved the time we had there. The pool is beautiful, the outdoors grill area was something we used every day and the layout of the rooms is great: my wife and I had the master bedroom upstairs while my inlaws were on the first floor. Gaby and her husband were very nice and super responsive. Overall, we had an amazing time!"

We had to keep going to a cafe with wi-fi to do what we needed to do on the Internet. The lady who looks after the property is very welcoming...
