"I gave it four stars because it was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, with comfy beds and sofa. I was on the front side, which was nice and quiet. The only downside was the carpet—it seemed a bit worn. And, there is nothing fancy about the check in area. There was a comfortable waiting area and cafe tables. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have any food options despite having a kitchen. They did provide decaf and regular coffee, but there were no special treats like pastries or fruit. You had to ask for tea which they graciously supplied. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t used in the hotel lobby, so it was quite warm when I checked in. But the rooms were air-conditioned and very comfortable. And it wasn’t real noisy like some of them are. The ice machine was out of order, and while they had sanitizer in the elevator, it wasn’t stocked. I did appreciate the little sayings on the elevator and throughout the hotel. Overall, they’re doing a great job making the rooms nice, comfortable, clean, and I especially liked that there was a refrigerator. Now they have to work on the reception and it would be much nicer. But the prices were very good and much appreciated."

"I will say what I did not like! 1. The phone in the room was not working!! 2. The shower was not working properly. 3. We were 2 families and we requested 2 rooms close by… of course, they gave us rooms way, way apart. 4. We have stayed only 1 night, came late and left early so had no time to notice the good parts."
