« We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! »

« The kitchen was amazing. Literally everything you would need to cook a hearty breakfast or gourmet dinners. Stunning view. Peaceful location. A great place for a couple of two people. The fold out bed had a mattress topper which made it super comfortable. Impeccably clean with a very responsive host. Off-street parking worked great. I hope my daughter gets accepted to Berkeley so I can stay there again! »

« We were very pleased with the place. It was as advertised, with an extremely comfortable main bed and extra spaces for kids. We found the bedding and towels to be excellent and ample for our family. The neighborhood is busy, but safe and quite interesting, with much to see and do even in walking distance. On street parking was no problem, even with our full size truck. Great communication and easy check in and out. »

The apartment is cute, super clean and quiet for being so close to Solano. Host is very quick to respond and was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed including an early check in. »

« I think this was our fourth stay in the appointment at La Loma Avenue. It is always a pleasure to stay with Susan and Greg. Their hospitality and friendlyness really makes it a great place to stay. You can walk to the university, to great shopping and cafes (eg Cheese Board!). And the view to the Bay is amazing! I hope that we will get the opportunity to return in the future. »

« I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this apartment. I was especially pleased that pets are welcomed.The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. « Very nice, centrally located condo in Oakland off 580. Easy freeway access to go anywhere. Safe, secure building and very quiet. There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. The garage can be a little intimidating at first to get into the parking space but follow instructions to circle through the garage and then pull into the space.
