"We celebrated my birthday at Hotel Tesoro Beach with a group of 15 guests and had an amazing time. The staff was incredible—very friendly, attentive, and made sure our whole group was well taken care of. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the hotel offers plenty of activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable for everyone. A special thank you to Cruz, our server, who was outstanding the entire time. He was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. "Staff in all levels has high standards so their service is excellent, the hotel is clean, very well organized even though had a lot of traffic (events going on) it never felt crowded. They provide plenty of room for guests. Excellent location to walk in La Gran Via and neighbors malls. The area is very safe."
