If you are planning to visit with kids ask not to be on the 4th floor They have a roof top bar and we did not sleep much, the staff was helpful the next day. Food was great at the Resturant

This place exceeded my expectations. We stayed in their largest suite, which comfortably accommodated seven guests. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The pools, views, and breakfast were all exceptional. Everything was so perfect! I only stayed for two nights, but I wish I had extended my stay. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel amenities are modern and the grounds are well maintained. The volcan views are amazing. The food options are varied from typical meals to international ones for all tastes. The room are spacious and very comfortable. Overall a great experience at a very affordable price. If you're walking the volcan trail in the morning I definitely recommend to stay at the hotel to rest, enjoy the food and views after the walk!
