"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for the price. The property is extremely outdated and desperately needs renovation. The windows do not open, the walls are paper thin — you can hear everything from the rooms next door, even people sneezing. There were barely any outlets available to charge devices. The included breakfast was disgusting — I am not even sure it could be called breakfast. The gym was also closed during our stay. Overall, the experience was honestly unbelievable for what they charge."

"checked in and out on the same day Sat 5/16/2026. Homeless people going through the trash cans and hanging in the parking lot. Terrible place, looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Gross dirty rooms, even found a used large hair clip on the counter from the pervious guest. The floors were not vacuumed and filthy, mold and stains everywhere. The patio door not sealed at all. Very sketchy and not safe. I immediately checked out within 3 minutes of checking in and stayed at the brand new Hampton Inn down the street. The owner was a horrible human and would not refund my money even when I showed him pictures and he acknowledged it was dirty. Shady and sketchy place."

"The staff accommodate our late check in. Thr instructions were clear and everything worked very well. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. We did not need the ac, I don't know if it was working but the iron and the iron table were very helpful, as well as the small refrigerator. For the price on a weekend and a last minute reservation this was worth staying. Near the SBP airport, across frombthe supermarket, Starbucks, and Dennys. The 101 Freeway was 2 min away. Super convenient location. It is highly recommended. The neighborhood was safe and clean. We are thankful for the room. Expedia was also easy to navigate. All went smoothly. We are happy satisfied guests. Parking also very convenient next to the gas station. And quiet!"
