Even the one bar had limited drinks when they were actually open. The views were the best part. If you do decide to stay here is best you rent a car to get around. Staff and people were very friendly though. Don't expect much if traveling to condovac.. no entertainment at all and very ran down"Reviewed November 6, 2026Roundtrip • Hamilton (YHM) - Liberia (LIR)YHM - LIR • 2 stops LIR - YHM • 1 stopCA $1,931CA $1,262found 2 days agoper traveller - Suitree Experience Hotel

They responded promptly to any questions I had and guided me through everything throughout my stay. The only downside that made the experience a little frustrating was the locals selling items on the beach. Even after repeatedly telling them “no, thank you,” they continued to pressure you to buy something. If you walked away, they would sometimes follow you. "Very private very secluded area . Jack and Karen are awesome. We loved hanging out and talking with them beautiful views beautiful beaches!"
"The property is hidden away on a dirt road. Once you enter the grounds, you’re met with pretty landscaping and a large, clean, and inviting pool. Parking is behind a rolling gate that you can open to access as needed. Breakfast is not included. Our room was very simple and basic. It was spacious enough but it had no character, no decorations, no safe, no fridge, and the floor was scratched up painted concrete. It was comfortable enough and met our last minute needs. "Fine"
"Good A/C, nice sized room. Appreciated the "larger" mini frudge and coffee maker in the room. Very helpful woth local resources and advice on best travel routes. Got to see a mother howler monkey nursing her baby in the tree just adjacent to the room. Room walls are concrete, so couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms. Much more serene atmosphere than the hectic pace and crowds in Nosara and Guiones beach areas. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Louie for wonderful hospitality."
"A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The road getting there is a little rough but manageable. We were there in the low season but the place was still upkept very nicely."
"Es un hotel fenomenal, su ubicación permite unos atardeceres increíbles. El servicio y trato de sus colaboradores es muy cálido y cordial, realmente se esmeran por que uno se sienta bien. Deberían considerar cambiar los aires acondicionados de los cuartos por que están viejos y casi no enfrían. Tuvimos problemas con el primer cuarto asignado, nos cambiaron y el otro estaba igual."
"Words can not do justice to how delightful an experience this was. Staff was so nice... property was unique and off the beaten path.. truly a memorable experience!"
"Me encanta este lugar! "
