No onsite management, but property is kept very clean and tidy! Room was nice and clean along with common areas. Occasional “hostel” vibes on the room, but mostly pretty quiet place. Great location.

The service and location are great. We had the supreme queen, and it was in need of some serious improvements. The sink had no drain (not a problem), but because of that, you could see all the hair and black mold that was growing. The water temperature in the shower was warm, but not hot. The couch had stains all over it, and the air was musty. The worst part though, was that we were near the lobby, and they do NOT turn the phone off or silent it. Meaning, that when someone calls at 9:30 pm, or 4:15 am (like they did when we were there), the phone just continually rings until it goes to voicemail or something. So if you stay here- at least don’t get a room on the lobby level.

When I checked in the room looked different from the website. Then I was informed that the bathroom was outside of the unit, up the stairs and inside of the shared community kitchen. That was not listed in the rental description and was totally unacceptable. Fortunately I was able to switch units and get one with an in-unit bathroom, for a fee of course. The rooms were very no frills and basic and there was no hot water my first day there. The AC and WiFi worked and the front entrance and room doors use an electronic keypad for entry. The staff was friendly and the property is situated on a busy street with lots of traffic, vehicle and pedestrian. There's a small "library" across the street with free books. Shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach are within walking distance.
