"Positiv: The Organisation was perfect. The property is a dream and the staff very friendly, competend and skilled. Big rooms. Frequently events in the Resort. Less than normal animals roaming around. Negativ: The coffee taste not good, late room service (sometimes 3pm), gym only open in the morning. Sometimes to less staff at the pool bar. "The only thing that it disappoint me is when we are checking in we we were directed to another hotel because the Aloha hotel has no room available yet for us, but refuse to move that hotel due to they are putting us to 2nd floor in which i can't due to problem with my knee, but when we return to Aloha hotel they took us and there is room available. I don't know what the problem is in the first place."

Less than normal animals roaming around. Negativ: The coffee taste not good, late room service (sometimes 3pm), gym only open in the morning. Sometimes to less staff at the pool bar. Waiting time for breakfast at the restaurant in the front. During our week, they changed to smaller glasses at the complimentary breakfast. Small things where sometimes forgotten during meals (salt, pepper, tissues). Of course prices in thoose resorts are a bit higher, but 340Peso for one shot of Don Papa Maskara is ridiculous. But it was very nice there and we will come back."
