"The overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and to the Fox Theater for our show. On the down side, the air conditioner seemed to struggle, the sink was a little slow draining and the shampoo bottle on the shower wall fell and we didn’t even use it. The shower temperature controls were difficult and either allowed for a super hot or cold shower. Maybe it was...

"Firmer pillows and some weird stains on the the chair in the room. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub didn't look as though they were maintained regularly, so we didn't use them. Many of the rooms are non-smoking, but there is a table with an ashtray just outside where people were smoking close to the non-smoking rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Irene was kind enough to show us inside the suite as we had asked about it and it was not booked that day. The suite looked very spacious. Overall the Edgewater Inn seemed to be a reasonable value."

"I liked the vibe of the hotel, the food, and the outside area. I liked the river along side the hotel but there are transients in the area."

"There is nothing like staying inside our national parks, being immersed in them, going to the lodge for breakfast among all the guests getting ready for their hikes that day, cozying up in front of the fireplace in the lodge at night. Our room was pretty basic, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good food at the lodge restaurant. Best was getting up in the morning and not having to drive for an hour to your day's activities in the park. "

"I was disappointed that the coffee shop next to tower 2 closed at 930am for an employee break."

"After a long drive, it was good to have a quiet, clean room and we didn’t have to climb stairs. Conveniently parked right next to our room. It was in a good neighborhood and on the way to Yosemite National Park. Breakfast was limited. "
