Exposed at midday, except for one of the bedrooms facing SE, it enjoys a splendid view of the towers of San Gimignano.
Villa I Ghiri presents on the ground floor a large living room that opens, through a round arch, onto the dining room, equipped with a built-in kitchen and equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and filter coffee machine.
Complete a small laundry room with sink plus washing machine and accessories (iron and ironing board, drying rack).
On the first floor we have a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom, with bath, separate shower, washbasin w. c. and bidet.
There is also a mezzanine where you can retreat to meditate.
