"Our stay was ok. The good thing it was close a lot of things my family and I were able to do. The only things I did t care do was the breakfast for sure. They need to which up the breakfast and offer more variety of food. The bathroom was really small. There was no microwave in the room to reheat outside food. Also it kind of smell in the room and wet dirty curtains."

"The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The ramp on the second floor was a little difficult to get up in my wheelchair but overall a fantastic experience!"

"We specifically called ahead and booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. After we checked in I walked to see the pool and it was closed under construction repair. The staff was great and they checked us into a different Best Western that had a pool and hot tub for the next morning. So all I can say is the outside of the hotel is beautiful looking at the mountain side through our back window was not very pleasant just an unkept dry mountainside. If they took care of it a little bit it would look much better. One thing I found interesting is that it was renovated not so long ago but it still has single pain windows. Again the staff was great but we could not swim the first day."

"Exceeded expectations. Real people assist you during your check-in. Early check-in was available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Strong and more volume of water from their shower vs. most hotels in San Francisco and Monterey. Safe parking and easy walking distance to Farmers Market and Fisherman's Wharf."

"The photos of this place look completely different. I paid for a king standard thats suppose to be bigger but the staff gave me a smaller room. He claimed that there was some conference going on and thats why he couldn't give me the bigger room that i purchased. Also THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Kinda felt like a prison. There were also ants. I dont think i will be coming back."
