They argued with me at check out about early check out?? Even before checking in we had to call the number listed by the property several times before being let in the door. The service they use for check-in is very insecure as well, with the agent leaving the screen unattended with key codes to every room in the hotel. The people we met were friendly. We arrived 2 hours early and were allowed to sit in the waiting area until check in time. Free coffee and water cups provided. The kiosk check in was a little confusing because it was hard to hear the clerk. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were inside the whole time as I was prepping for a medical procedure at UCSF in the morning. The place was about 10 away and that made us grateful. Finding a place to park was a real challenge. The area was a bit sketchy. The pizzeria across the street was yummy. My husband is a bit disabled and we were in a room on the third floor with no elevator. The stairs were hard for him.
