"The stay was ok, definitely wouldn’t recommend the garden rooms, they are loud outdated and shake from the highway. Shuttle services were amazing for Disney. You didn’t have to walk far to get into the park and they were super fast and convenient! Shuttle service was worth the stay. "

"This was our first time staying here. Proximity to Disneyland is great. Rooms were a good size. The pull out twin did not have any sheets or extra blankets provided in the room. I thought they would be in the closet area. The room seemed a little dated. It was clean. Fridge and microwave in our room. I saw a laundry room and ice maker. Did not use. The staff was a mix. When arriving the young lady was a bit rude. Especially compared to other hotels we have stayed at near by. The gentleman upfront who was not helping us said some vulgar words after an exchange with the mail carrier. All this happened at check in. When coming back later to retrieve our luggage a different lady up front was very helpful and pleasant. "

"The front desk woman with long dark hair was incredibly kind and she worked almost the entire time we were there. She deserves a raise. As for the rooms, unfortunately ours had mildew and holes in the curtains."

"The room was spacious and very clean. Front desk staff was welcoming. Our room faced the Main Street so it was a bit noisy at night but certainly not the fault of the hotel. Coffee maker in the room is nice but my preference would be brewed coffee in the lobby each morning. Maybe a small muffin for on the go families. Thx😊"
