We had to contact the host and she was able to address an issue and went out of her way to ensure we were happy with the resolution. The host is a very nice person who makes her unit inviting. Even though we were there for a funeral the unit felt like home and not like you would feel if you went to a hotel. My husband and I attended a wedding in La Verne and found the cottage to be centrally located for all the wedding festivities as well as the Ontario airport.
