"We were pleasantly surprised to find out that West Coast Surf & Stay is family owned and operated. From the moment we inquired about an early check-in, we were greeted with the best hospitality So Cal has to offer. Great location with many food and shopping options within walking distance. "We really enjoyed our stay in San Clemente at the Stone Lagoon. We were in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect location to all the activities we attended. Check in was easy, the house clean and plenty of beach towels and beach chairs available. Having the 1 car garage access with driveway space for 3 additional cars was a huge plus as street parking can be a little tight. We were so busy that we didn't get to enjoy the spa or outdoor firepit, but it looked cozy. Thank you for a memorable stay. "

"Don’t go in the summertime because this place has no AC and it is hot and stuffy in there. Also it allows dogs, which is nice but it is very dirty. It does not have a hose to clean where dogs go to the bathroom when we showed up there were multiple poops in the backyard AlsoPeople are supposed to clean their food out of the refrigerator and cupboards. There was a gigantic old cake in the refrigerator which we still left there after we left because there was no room in the trash to get it out of there. Neighbors are also extremely noisy at night so good luck sleeping!Also fans did not work when we got there took the property manager until the next day almost 1130 in the afternoon to come fix the fans and also by the way keep in mind the place does not have AC pretty miserable. We had to buy our own portable AC unit at Home Depot, which they said that they would reimburse us for what we paid for it but we will see. over all I would never rent this place again."
