The stuff is 10/10 they go above and beyond to help their customers. The hotel is very clean, beds are super comfortable, the parking is very close. There is a shopping plaza like 3 minutes walking. I highly recommend this hotel. For all the military families this hotel is like 20 minutes to the main gate from the Pendleton base.

We stood 2 nights and overall our stay was pretty good. My girls enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good. We stood on the 1st floor which was a bad choice on our part because we could hear footsteps all throughout the night. If you are able, I suggest staying on the top floor. The place is really nice plus the staff were super helpful and friendly. Restaurants and entertainment nearby.

We really loved our stay here. The hotel is clean and smells good. Staff are very accommodating. Breakfast is also good. Our only complaint is that the mattress is not firm, and so it's not good for people with back problems. Otherwise, everything is great!

This is a hidden gem very well located to beach and old town San Clemente. It was very clean nicely appointed and the staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good and had anything you could think of. A great value. We will be back.

Old as dirt property. Super noisy through hallways all hours of the night. Front desk employees do not care one bit about any of it. It’s basically frat house vibes without the fun. Pool is small and overcrowded w drunk people after 11pm even though it’s supposed to be closed. We simply wanted some tea and there was none - no complimentary coffee or tea. Love the beach but area has the worst hotels. Lower all standards when staying here and we ended up leaving a day later and stayed in Chino Hills - very poorly maintained motel.
