"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"This is a gem in Monterosso. We loved the convenient location with walkable distance to rain station (7 minutes with suitcases), lots of cafe and restaurant options, little boutiques and a pharmacy to buy tourist necessities and souvenirs. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. I enjoyed light European style breakfast (coffee, crouisants, breads, cheese, ham, salami, fresh fruit, yogurt). My husband missed scrambled eggs/omelette and bacon )) Overall, I couldn't suggest a nicer and more beautiful hotel."
