This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

Our experience at Hotel Cigno was simply exceptional.
From the very first moment, every detail was handled with a level of warmth and care that truly sets this place apart. We would especially like to thank Bere, Jordi, Israel, Aaron, Moisés, as well as the impeccable teams in housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and the person who welcomed us so kindly upon our arrival.
Hotel Cigno is not just a beautiful place—it is an experience. A space where hospitality feels genuine, where every gesture reflects dedication, and where you can truly disconnect and enjoy.
We felt genuinely pampered—like being at home, but even better.
We leave deeply grateful… and already looking forward to returning very soon.
