The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. Restaurant/bar on-site is only option for food if you don't have a car, but the service and food were great. We asked for rooms away from the main check-in (it's closer to the road and less private), and though they'd already assigned us 3 rooms, they were happy to accommodate, and changed us to another building. The staff is well trained and caring. The concierge whose name I think is Luis hooked us up with the wonderful guide Wilbert. Room was immaculate and attractive. The restaurant served food and drinks that ranged from good to excellent. Ultimately the convenient access to Uxmal and nearby sites make this a great spot.
