Heatable swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, exercise pole, karaoke, Workout Room, Massage Room, Music Room, private back yard. Never far from one of 15 TVs. In addition to 2 dedicated bedrooms, conversions to Music Room and Massage Room contain comfortable queen and twin futons, respectively. Large Sun Room, overlooking pool, contains a queen futon bunk bed, with a basketball goal and a Polar Express theme. Molly the cat will let herself in and out and will be your friend. No up front charge for cleaning or pet fee, although the entire house is professionally cleaned before each stay. Quiet neighborhood. No partiers please. The space 5 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to everything San Antonio has to offer. Ten minutes from the airport. 17 miles from each downtown and Fiesta Texas. Three of the 5 bedrooms have been converted into: a Workout Room, a Music Room and a Massage Room. But two of these three rooms have comfortable futons. Additionally there is a queen bunkbed with a basketball goal and a Polar Express theme in the large Sun Room, with external stairway to access the pool. Guest access Located on a cul de sac. Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Short term street parking Other things to note Almost everyone who stays here says two things in the Guestbook or in the Reviews. That they wish they had stayed longer to enjoy the many amenities. And they say this place is like no other place they've stayed. This is still my primary home. I recently bought a small ranch two hours away. My only son has moved out. I enjoy giving people the opportunity to enjoy this fun place I've created, while I'm at the Ranch, just as my son and his friends have. This place is all ours, with the exception of one member of my family being here, Molly the Cat. Everyone loves her. I treat this listing as if I've asked a friend to stay at my house while I'm away. You are welcome to anything you see in unlocked cupboards, drawers and refrigerators. I only ask that you take no more than you need while you're here. Travel sized toiletries, other necessities, snacks, drinks--non-alcoholic except for an occasional bottle of beer or wine left by a previous guest. I take pride in guests telling me that they never had to run out to the store for things they forgot to bring. There are two computers and a wireless printer available for guest use. You are welcome to use my guitars and electric piano, any of several stereos and entertainment systems. Bring your own video game systems, because I've made it easy for you to hook them up, in any of 3 different locations, to an amazing sound system and large screen TV's. In the past few months, I've invested a lot in the property to help ensure my guests don't encounter anything breaking down. I've replaced both of the Heating/AC units. I've replaced the hot water heater and water softener. I've completely redone the pool. It has a new surface. All of the pool equipment is new, now much easier for you to work the hot tub. And I can control most pool operations remotely, if you want me to. In cooler weather, I will ensure that the pool is at 85 degrees, at no additional charge, for stays of two nights or more. One more thing. Most guests say they are amazed by my collection of memorabilia. You will feel like you have gotten to know me. I hope you enjoy looking at them. Lots to look at and see, plenty of notes around the house to help locate items or know how best to use them. From start to finish Phill was super communicative and helpful. The property is in North San Antonio so location is nice with less then 30 minute drive most places in the area and a grocery store just down the road. Pool was clean, hot tub was perfect and easy to use. Great combination of fun for all ages with many ways and places to watch tv and movies or just go swimming or play a game of pool upstairs. ##### Noel M. The owner was very nice and helpful. My kids had a blast. We loved the pool, and there were so many games and activities for the kids. The kids loved having their own upstairs area with everything they needed. They played pool, sat in the hanging egg chairs, and swam. The adults enjoyed the massage chair in the living room and hanging in the pool and jacuzzi. If we had more time, we could have also enjoyed the other amenities. We are remote IT professionals and this place was perfect to work out of. Molly assisted me while I worked. She really took a liking to the Zoom calls and now all my coworkers know Molly. The pool was amazing. You can really see all the hard work that has been put into this place to make it a fun enjoyable experience. It was the perfect place for us. My grandson was able to unwind for the first time in months. There was plenty of room for us. We didn’t need anything, every thing we wanted was there. I even got to build new memories with 13 year old grandson. He and I played pool together quite a few times. I have never been able to do that before with any of the other 12 grandchildren. I know it's a wonderful memory for myself and I'm sure Wyatt will also remember those days. Communication was great! House was amazing, there was something for everyone. I didn't hear one complaint from anyone. No, "I'm bored" from the grandkids. Sadly we couldn't even do everything there was to do! Not enough time. It's a very nice quiet neighborhood. Was lovely walking the dogs. I really enjoyed the peace. While there are neighbors close by, it felt very private. We also had a visit from some wild life. When my daughter pulled in, there were 3 Armadillo's in the front yard. Late one night there was a raccoon that visited the back deck. One family member saw deer in a yard close by.Molly the cat was really sweet.I would totally recommend this home to any family. You won't be sorry. In fact, stay as long as you can! ##### Thea E. Not only is the property a huge bang for your buck, but it was very inviting and more than enough for our stay. Everything is labeled throughout the property nicely and directions for using the various systems and services here. The pool is not too big to be overwhelming, it is just right. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and Molly the cat graced us with her presence many times. When I come back to SA, if this property is available I will book it again no problem. ##### Ryan B. All the activities and of course the pool is the reason why I chose this house. The welcoming living room to the kitchen waiting for a family meal to be prepared My son and his friends loved playing pool, the ping pong table entertaining for hours. We enjoyed lunch by the pool and relaxed on the swing at the end of each evening. The back yard felt like an oasis in a luxury hotel without having to have anyone else around.
