I had a very relaxing time. Aracelis the caretaker was great. Breakfast and the view were excellent. Very clean and quiet rooms.

Loved the property. We booked two apartments but when we got there it was a two bedroom. Very confusing listing.

This hotel was truly enjoyable. The view of the bay was breathtaking. The staff were overall great. One of the waitresses in the restaurant was not very good at her job and did not bring any of the requested items to the table during the complimentary breakfast. I requested for tea with milk, I was almost finished eating and had still not gotten it but I seen her serving other guest. The property was very well taken care of. The staff were very helpful and very accommodating speaking French, English and Spanish. We wish we spent more nights here.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The room was beautiful, very clean and the decor was so natural and lovely to see. The grounds were immaculate, the pools with all the natural rock was stunning and the pool table was a great added touch. The staff were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable that we never felt that we were just guests to them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a romantic get away or just want to get away to relax and recharge.

This place is up on a steep hill with an incredible view of the ocean and area. The support staff were there when I arrived, check in was fast and simple. Breakfast offered everyday. Great value for what you receive. I am looking forward to returning in the future. I had a car so it was easy to drive up to the entrance. Had a wonderful vacation. Had no idea of what our choice in the D.R. was like but absolutely picked the right place. A well kept secret of D.R. Very few Canadians there,mostly Europeans. Great quiet location away from Las Terrenas but yet walking distance to all the amenities needed- shopping, restaurants,grocery stores and beaches. Climate is great, consistent temperature. Staff was great making your time there enjoyable, owners of the hotel also make your stay as if they were family making...

We just finished a wonderful 3 night stay at Puerta Plaza, Las Terrenas. It was outstanding. The staff were particularly helpful and we loved the large room with terrace. The property is surrounded by small restaurants and the clean beach is across the street. We plan to come again soon!
