Perched atop a hill, the villa provides fantastic views of Cayo Levantao and the turquoise waters of the bay, with a perfect view of the majestic humpback whales (in season, January through April). I'll be available though email or the Airbnb app. The area offers various activities such as water sports, diving, scuba diving and excursions throughout the area, wonderful caves, waterfalls, beaches, and much more. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwht after your 18Kwh per day. Yikes! Nature Encounter: Our property is beautifully nestled in the Caribbean and surrounded by nature. The view is amazing! Overlooking the bay we could clearly see whales everyday just off shore. The unit is spacious with a beautiful full length deck. Located about 15 minutes from Samana the property itself (Vista Mare) is very nice and well maintained with 2 fabulous beaches, 2 infinity pools and a very good restaurant. The property is on hill so be prepared for some very steep hikes to the beaches and pools but well worth the walk or drive. We had some minor issues when we arrived but I must say that our host and property manager resolved them quickly. ##### Robert D.
