"Staff friendliness, good breakfast option. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking in south america whereas I don't pay in most cities in usa. Also no coffee maker in the room or common areas. No microwave to heat water. These should be looked into as most customers frowned at that"

O entretenimento muito bom, padrão Cancún. Achei que o tratamento deveria ser mais VIP pelo preço pago. Única critica foi para a troca de talheres. Voltaremos!"

"I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne.
