Worst experience It’s not 5 star hotel, let’s be realistic more like 2-3 star . Rooms are old and outdated (25 years ago ) , beds are stiff and horrible . No shampoos & continioners, no toiletries. No AC in hotel .. it’s uncomfortable to dine in the restaurants with heat .. food - horrible. Kitchen chefs have no clue what they are doing , they can not even make pica or rice . Restaurants it’s a joke .. same bad quality food , no service no idea what they are doing here . Staff super rude and seems that they don’t want to work. Swimingpool- nobody checks cleanness , or monitor what people are doing there .. people bring food and drinks to the swimingpool - imagine higiene when they get drunk and spill they cocktails and wash theirs hands in the water after food … Room service - doesn’t exist , you might get lucky if they make your bed sometimes and wipe the floor . The only benefit of this hotel is beach and weather. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff deserves it's own paragraph. First of all, the general MOOD going around could be better described as "ANGER". Staff is angry working there (not sure if they are tired of turism or very bad payed). On the other hand, the staff is ONLY prepared for BRAZILIANS.. if you speak spanish, super slow or a mixture between portuguese and spanish (which is sometimes the only alternative) they all respond in a very rude way. They are RUDE to any turist that's not brazilian. JUST FYI Entertainment is good but very local.. even with kids entertainment that is ONLY handled in portuguese. Oh, one more thing. Mas minha experiência no Vila Galé Marés foi MUITO RUIM. Vou elencar os pontos NEGATIVOS de minha estadia: 1-Temperatura agua da piscina - fria (todo Resort de ponta precisa ter uma piscina aquecida para relaxar. Esse resort não oferece. Nos dias frios as pessoas nem querem entrar na piscina por ser fria) 2-Nao fizeram serviço de quarto regularmente. ( em um determinado dia, quando retornei ao quarto pela noite, o quarto estava da mesma forma que deixamos e sem toalha. Solicitei pelo menos uma toalha limpa e demoraram muito para entregar) 3-Falta de Snacks no quarto( Todos os all-inclusives que fui tinham algum snack para distrair a fome) 4-Sinal de wifi muito ruim- (O Wifi só funcionava dentro do quarto. E muitas vezes com sinal ruim, mesmo dentrp do quarto.) 5- nao tem room service. 6- Fila da toalha 30 - 40 minutos todo dia ( Todo dia eu tinha que enfrentar uma fila de até 40 minutos para pegar um par de toalhas para a piscina. O resort deveria se preparar para alta temporada. Além de que só podia pegar uma toalha por dia, o que faz ser injustificável a falta de toalha.) 7-Solicitei o transporte do carrinho de golfe para me levar até a recepção na hora de ir embora e nao apareceram. 8- Decoração do quarto com quadros de novelas da rede globo . ( péssimo gosto) Pontos POSITIVOS: 1- Lugar bonito. 2- Hotel confortável 3- Alguns funcionários bem receptivos. As refeições, em sua maioria, eram de baixa qualidade e mal preparadas, o que comprometeu bastante nossa alimentação. O único destaque foi o café da tarde, com bom capuccino e variedade de frutas frescas. O sistema de bebidas também foi frustrante: refrigerantes em garrafas abertas, frequentemente sem gás. O atendimento foi lento em praticamente tudo, exceto na retirada dos pratos. A equipe parecia insuficiente para o porte do hotel. Os quartos estavam em boas condições, mas a limpeza era falha e faltavam toalhas com frequência. Na piscina, passamos três dias pedindo toalhas que nunca chegavam, uma situação incômoda, especialmente com três crianças e com o tempo meio frio. Recebemos três jantares especiais, mas só conseguimos agendar dois. Um deles, na noite de comida baiana, foi improvisado em um espaço de apoio na área da piscina, com pratos frios, mal executados e uma cocada feita com coco industrializado, decepcionante para quem está na Bahia. O restaurante Inevitável foi o único ponto positivo da gastronomia. Para um resort que se apresenta como 5 estrelas, esperava um padrão muito mais elevado. Pelo valor cobrado, o custo-benefício não compensa. Poderiam disponibilizar tbm na entrada dos bangalô um tapete, pois quando vem para entrar no quarto a sujeira entra tbm. •Área kids: deixa a desejar, poucas opções de brincadeiras, a piscina poderia ser aquecida tbm, água muito fria. Péssima experiência. PÉSSIMO! Hotel decadente, Comida horrível, Funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar. COMIDA: Pegamos alguns alimentos com cheiro rançoso, carne estragada, insetos em cima das comidas. Resultado, fiquei 5 dias com vômito e diarreia. Pagamos mais de mil reais a diária para ficar no quarto com infecção alimentar. Além disso, a comida não tem gosto e tempero e a grande maioria dos alimentos é "enriquecido" com farinha ou gelatina para dar volume, fato que não valoriza o sabor e só serve para "embuchar". Dos 5 restaurantes que tem no hotel, eu não pagaria para comer em nenhum deles, qualquer ifood de 3 estrelas entrega uma comida melhor. FUNCIONÁRIOS: Não são todos, mas a grande maioria sem vontade alguma em trabalhar, atendem os hóspedes com má vontade e falta de educação. No checkin não nos deram qualquer tipo de informação sobre os serviços, tivemos que descobrir ao longo da estadia. Os recreacionistas deixam as crianças sozinhas e ficam no celular. HOTEL: É uma pena que uma estrutura tão bonita esteja tão mal cuidada. Nosso quarto era no extremo oposto à recepção e ficou por 7 dias com o telefone estragado. Toda vez que precisamos de algum serviço precisávamos ir até a recepção (em torno de 800m) para solicitar ajuda, como assistência médica, limpeza e toalhas (que faltaram mais de uma vez). Fomos colocados no segundo andar do hotel, nossa sacada estava com o corrimão quebrado em vários pontos. Ficamos no chalé premium, as tomadas tinham mal contato oubestavam frouxas, fiquei preso no banheiro porque a porta de correr travou, no chalé dos nossos amigos o ar condicionado vazava agua no quarto. Em alguns banheiros do hotel os secadores automaticos estavam quebrados, ou os vasos sanitarios não davam descarga. Presenciamos um funcionario lavar as espreguiçadeiras na piscina da área premium, não entramos mais naquela água. Alguns funcionarios precisam de treinamento, uma nao sabia informar onde era meu chalé, outros nos trataram de forma rude. Pontos positivos: piscina e praia/mar (apesar de ser bandeira vermelha). Pontos Negativos: muitos, as acomodações são antigas e mal elaboradas, o serviço é precário, a alimentação é unânime (tudo é ruim e de baixa qualidade), um verdadeiro convite a gastroenterite. A bebida sempre quente e mal preparada. No segundo dia de estadia você já estará com saudade da sua casa de tão precária que é a comida do local. Até os restaurantes a la carte não são bons. Funcionários desmotivados e mau humorados. O hotel não oferece endredons nos quartos um absurdo, locais sujos e com mau odor perto das áreas de alimentação. Não oferecem serviço de guarda sol na areia, apenas uns dois ou três, o resto dos hóspedes tem que ficar torrando no sol.
