The staff was very nice. The bathroom floor was filthy with long black hair everywhere. No shower mat, one, 3/4 used toilet paper roll. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Breakfast included cold cereal and waffles machine. Do not recommend.

I was here for two nights. Can’t ask much for the price I payed. Price was very competitive compared to other hotels. I’ve stayed here before and I like it. Clean room, AC worked and easy check in process. Breakfast is provided but it’s just very minimal like juice, toast, waffles and cereal. It’s free so no complains. Amenities were all under construction. Pool and hot tub drained and unable to use. Gym also unable to use. Staff was alright.

Definitely a motel , tie for a remodel Air conditioning was great We didn’t have a fridge or microwave but the other room we got did. It wasn’t horrible .. but I’m a stage in my life where I need a place that don’t smell like smoke throughout the motel , and the sheets made you cringe getting into

Staff was very nice, room was spacious but dated, bathroom needs updating (caulk along tub moldy, old flooring, etc.), TV did not work the entire 3 night stay, and maintenance never came to fix even though it was reported to the front desk multiple times. The employees (both at check in and check out) were friendly and helpful. The waffles were yummy! Fresh fruit would have been terrific, and the coffee/ hot chocolate machine broke while we were trying to use it, but the amazing front desk agent was very attentive and worked to get it back in working condition. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the complimentary toiletries provided. We could've used a second trash can and a plug on both sides of each bed, but everything else, the clean restroom, beds, and main room were wonderful. Its location was a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying at Solitude Mountain Resort.

Food left over from the 1st of the month in Fridge. Floors dirty, staff said they get many complaints about the cleaner not doing her job. Besides that, i would stay there again. The property itself from the outside doesn't look like much, but once you get inside, its really nice, welcoming environment. Staff is friendly.

Stayed here passing through town. Hard to differentiate employees from other people around. Some were resting in lobby when we arrived. Room appeared clean but smelled strongly of pine sol, fridge was not working properly it did not feel cold and looked like it was on its last leg; but freezer was working. Strange characters around. After checking into room, I went back outside and found 2 questionable characters by my vehicle. Cigarette butts allover. The vibe was very sketchy I couldn't sleep and checked on my car at 2 a.m. No security, persons outside lobby door, not sure what was going on. Breakfast was waffles and cereal, no protein. Like I said, sketchy I wouldn't recommend. The young lady/front desk agent in the morning was very friendly and helpful. They need more of her.

The check in process was excellent and quick. The place looks nice on the outside, the halls to the rooms do show signs of repairs/upgrades. The room was nice roomy, i had a king bed with the jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi part sounded like it was struggling and barely did anything, it was a good size that as a 6'1 person i fit. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The shower had previous occupants toiletries, underwear hanging on the shower curtain, dirty towel and shirt hanging on the shower door. For a quick budget and for a single stay it isn't bad, but i will probably not be returning because of the clothes not removed.
