The hostel is clean, quiet, and comfortable and the residents are friendly. Feels just like home but with strangers. Every morning there is coffee brewing and frying pans so you can cook your own bacon & eggs, with bread and butter for toast; or just pour a bowl of cereal. You can make your own lunch and dinner any time before 10:30 pm. The place has the rudest manager. An alcoholic employee went on rants and raise threatening guests in saying he was going to kill the ball. For hours on end. He did not refund my money in the last night and I refuse to stay there because I was literally afraid for my life because of this insane employee. They charged me for the blankets. There are NO silvery to eat with. A very hostile environment. I guess they treat people like that cause they don't do refunds. I almost walked out to find another place to stay. I feel it was all due to my race the extreme hostile treatment I had. I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE!!! Horrible experience.
