I have no idea what the hotel was like because I had to cancel my trip. Your website makes it impossible to get any kind of refund even though I canceled one month in advance. I’m sorry I didn’t book a cancellation fee. My $125. Mistake reminds me to never book with Expedia ever again. I’m deleting your app and booking with your competitors for the rest of my life.

Disappointed in the firmness in the bed & pillows. TV didn’t work, shower head sprayed in a lot of directions making a bit of a mess and no refrigerator or microwave. Two bagels, some yogurt and a Starbucks for breakfast was $28 before tip. Resort pricing in the heart of small town Layton, UT. Kinda strange. Being from Vegas, very accustomed to these type prices. Just wasn’t expecting it in a $125 a night hotel that is for Interstate travelers.
