Not all hotels of a same brand are the same experience as any experienced traveler will tell you. The hotel sufficed for a quick weekend stay. Though not a disappointment as that is too strong, the breakfast experience could have been better. It seemed food that was set out at opening of breakfast remained without much refreshing

Four Points Sheraton, a big name hotel. We spend 4 nights and paid over 650USD. They asked for $248 for an extra night. It was not worth staying there at all. When we checked in the room, the fridge was not working because it was not plugged in properly. The lighting was very dim, and the lamp covers were coming off because they were not tightened properly. Some of the staff were nice, but they never did anything regarding the noisy exhaust fan in the washroom and the terrible old mattress. They asked us to move to another room, and we found the same issues there. The cleaning crew was not willing to clean our room first and after requesting to the desk it took 1 hour them to come and clean. The quality of cleaning was poor. They issued us a voucher for the breakfast and we had to ask the chef every time to enter the room# and give us the breakfast. The time I got there every morning to have the breakfast, not enough was left. There was no variety for the buns or Danish pastries except plain bread and bagels. The quality of the food did not feel high, as the French toast felt tasteless. Although fresh juice and fruits were good. It was very frustrating to spend 4 night and 3 days there with cheap quality amenities. We regret it and will never stay in Sheraton again.
