Beautiful Single Family home located on south end of Cape San Blas

"The house was amazing. But those stairs! Whoo let me tell you in the 2 weeks we stayed I'm sure I lost 5lbs ;). Honestly the house gets 5 stars . It's the biting flys and the constant attack of love bugs that gave us a 4 star review. And the fact that we came here for scallop season and it was canceled after we already booked our stay. Also if you want to book horse riding on the beach, check the weight limit my husband is 6'3 and 250lbs. Not overweight at all, and they said weight limit is 220. The two things we wanted to do on this trip was to go scalloping, and horses on the beach and both were a bust."

"Well supplied and clean condo. She even had a stocked spice cabinet that saved me when I didn't get to the fresh seafood market in time to get my shrimp steamed. I just went back to the condo and cooked it with supplied Old Bay.Could have used more bath towels and wash cloths."

"We loved this house and it had all the comforts of home. I've stayed at many houses along the Forgotten Coast, some the size of this home, and have never seen one with so many good dishes, utensils and appliances as Coy T by the Sea. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already there!Robin was also so kind and quickly responded to any questions we had!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay. There was a little hiccup at check in when our code wasn't working but it was quickly resolved. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The walk to the beach was even easier than it appeared in the photos and the community pool is in the back yard which was great. We did find that the kitchen could use more cookware. When cooking for large groups more large capacity pots and pans would be helpful. We would definitely book this property again."

"The beach location and view were great and the State Park beach and bay were also beautiful to visit. Plenty of space in the house with comfortable beds and linens and a convenient elevator for moving groceries and luggage upstairs. Port St Joe was nearby (10 min) for restaurants and fresh seafood if you dont want to cook. Kitchen supplies could use a new inventory to accommodate large groups and I suggest supplying beach towels for the property as bringing them in our very full vehicle was inconvenient. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. This property was very peaceful and quiet with only a few people on the beach as it was the end of the season. Very nice vacation and thank you for hosting us!"
