"We absolutely loved our stay and so thankful we found this home! Josh and Melinda were more the kind and responsive. The house is gorgeous, in the perfect area on the Cape, the private pool was amazing, & the walk to the beach is only minutes! We can’t wait to come back!"

"Wow, this home was absolutely perfect for our beach trip! The location is unbeatable, the beach is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to take our dog back and forth, and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver for washing her off. We loved starting our mornings on the covered back patio; having a gate meant we could relax and drink our coffee while listening to the ocean with our dog completely safe. You also get an amazing water view from the back deck! Emily was a phenomenal host who truly thought of everything. You could literally just pack your clothes and show up. She provides all the beach supplies you could ever need, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and the entire home was spotless. We had the absolute best vacation and will definitely be back!"

"This place was great. Clean, comfortable and well designed. Pool is a 1 minute walk away and the beach is about 3 minutes. We had 9 people (4 adults and 5 kids) on our trip and everyone had enough space inside the home. 3 bedrooms (one being a giant one) upstairs with a small one downstairs. There were even bunk beds in the downstairs living area that we didn't use. Speaking of, the kids used the downstairs living area for hanging out and games and the adults had a space, too, upstairs. Deck is huge with lots of room. Hosts were so kind and quick in communication. We had 2 suvs, one with a trailer and parking was fine."

"The house was amazing!! The location to the beach was excellent and the view was wonderful. The bed was very comfy. The only thing that I can say needs to be considered is 3 things but these 3 things will not keep us from coming back. 1) there was no ironing board or iron. 2) I had to buy a skillet to cook breakfast because the one in the kitchen is older and everything sticks to it. 3) I wish there had been blinds ( the kind you just push up) on the living room windows. Other than that this was the most perfect place for a vacation!"
