"This location is perfect for a laid back Vacation. Close to Apalachicola and Port St Joe!Beautiful non-crowded Gulf Front Beach is viewed from our Large full length screened front porch! Comfortable padded furniture on this porch too! Large king bedroom overlooks the Ocean! Beautiful private pool just behind the house! This bottom floor house was Huge and very comfortable! This is a much Larger space than you will find anywhere else! Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. Several Restaurants are just a few miles away, in either direction! Great Hwy 30 access too! Huge parking lot! Be sure to Dine at Hunts Oyster Bar close by, near Port St Joe! Ceiling fans in every room, great A/C unit keeps this house Cool! Large easy step into Shower with awesome Hot water too! The Host Matt and Debbie, were very helpful. Plenty of towels and linen. Full Laundry room to keep your clothes clean! This house is very close to the Beach! This property is Dog Friendly, and so is this Beach! We can’t wait to come back to a Salty Dog Paradise, in Port St Joe!"

"This house is great. Plenty of space. Great seating and plenty on the balcony. The balcony was a great place to gather and unwind, share stories with lots of laughter. My crew want to come back next year. We all loved this house. Hot tub and pool were cleaned and is another great asset to this property Host was very accessible and helpful."

"This property was right on the beach at Port St. Joe/Indian Pass. We absolutely loved the convenience of the property being beachfront, Brian and his team were on it from the beginning, even weeks before check-in. Check in and check out was smooth! The beach itself was pretty empty, which is not a bad thing, it just made it feel like we rented the entire beach area. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, and at least 3 coffee makers :D linens were also fresh and provided, and a starter kit was also provided at the beginning of our stay. We also used the credit provided to enhance our stay and we were able to request some fun things to use at the beach. These items were already available and delivered before we even arrived at the property. We only had 2 issues during our stay: one was the lovebug and fly infestation - but this was a Florida issue, not a property issue - as other beaches like Cape San Blas had it worse when we visited. Only suggestion is to bring some peppermint and/or lemongrass bug spray. This can be bought at CVS (as we did). The other one has been mentioned in previous reviews, but the property was a *tad* dusty when we arrived. It was not a whole issue, as they have a vacuum at the property, but we did do a couple of passes throughout the week. Overall, our stay was memorable and we would stay again at this property or any property that Brian and his team have. Thank you for sharing this property w/ us!"

"This property is maintained very well and was very clean when we checked in. We had good communication with the property management and they came on site to help us understand the door locks and how the handles work, so guests don’t lock themselves out. The view is awesome, all day long, no doubt about it, as you are right on the beach. The houses around this property were very quiet and there was not a lot of people coming to the beach here, like they were over on Cape San Blas, and the beach was empty at times throughout the day. The house is very spacious and it has fans in every room and the air conditioning worked very well and was sized to cool the house properly in the summer heat. Any dishes or cooking supplies you need are already on site, which was very convenient. The appliances are all modern and all worked without any issues. We loved this awesome property and will definitely be staying here again."

"We absolutely loved our vacation here. Our host was wonderful, very easy to communicate with and was so very nice. The house is so unique. The way it was built, it feels like a cozy cabin but it has so much space. We fit our family of 6 quite comfortably. There are so many little amenities and thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and easy. Towels were provided, thick plush towels! Beach towels, too. Also there are plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas, sand toys and even a cart for beach use! The views are stunning. The pictures here on VRBO don’t do it justice. The footpath to the beach is also very convenient. We did see a bear one night, coming home from walking the beach. A rather large bear had gotten into one of the neighbor’s trash cans, and gave a growel at us, and I wished I’d had a whistle or some bear mace just in case. So maybe throw that in your suitcase if you’re planning on heading out to this area. Most of the locals we talked with said that bears are common in the area. The beach was quiet and we had it mostly to ourselves. We saw tons of stingrays and dolphins. We went on a snorkel tour with Cpt Lorrainein Port St Joe. We were able to snorkel in the grasslands and saw a loggerhead turtle, pufferfish, sharks, live sand dollars and so much more. Constitution Convention State Park and Forgotten Coast Turtle Rescue are fun, too! Book the trip, you’ll have a blast!"
