"The rooms are not suites at all, beds hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen rooms have a refrigerator microwave and a sink - I would not call that a kitchen! Name indicates waterfront and there is no water. "

This area felt much better than anyplace along the Route 99 corridor between Stockton and Fresno. Easily recommended at this low price point and (very) high customer service. "

"My 4 year old loved her kids ‘den’ and the painted picture of the furry characters on the wall. As the place is clearly aimed at children a step stool for the sink and a flip down child sized toilet seat would have been good considerations. Water park floor and floors throughout the hotel were not clean but hardly surprising given the number of people there. It was so loud! We had to shout to hear each other most of the time. If you have sensory issues or want to eat reasonably healthily (not too much grease and sugar) plan accordingly! Plenty to do there and early check in was pleasantly easy and free!"
