"The Georgetown Sheraton is in a great location with several restaurant and bars within walking distance,including a nice bar inside the hotel. The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again."

"Killeen, we had alot of problems. An electrical glitch caused a big malfunction with the room card in the entire hotel. Every guest had to wait until a staff member use their key fob to allow entry into the rooms while smoke alarms were constantly going off or beeping maybe due to the glitch. At one time, the smoke alarm went off in our room at 3 o'clock in the morning. The walk- in shower glass doors didn't close properly so there was constant water dripping on the floor. We requested to to move to another room because of the smoke alarm constantly beeping. Breakfast was served late due to the fact that it wasn't ready in the morning. And the food was mediocre at best. Apparently several guests are illiterate. Sign clearly states that you are not allowed to take food to your room."

"The staff was helpful with complaints. There were at least 20 dead bugs in the light in the bathroom. The only over head light was out. We called it in the first night at 5:15pm and was never replaced. The front door knob wasn't working properly. The light would turn green when you used the door key but it wouldn't disengage the lock until you messed with it a lot. We had to get the staff to help us with it at midnight."

"Comfort Suites Georgetown was conveniently located, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options, and admired, but did not use the pool this trip."

"If you want to sleep soundly, bring noise canceling headphones. The place is right on the highway. Very noisy. I asked for rm at least on the back side away the hwy…they gave me one closest to the highway"
