"We stayed in the superior room- Very nice and perfect for our family of five. Our fault for not mapping it ahead of time but, it is a little far from the train station."

"Great location. Laundry, 7 eleven and station close by. Many acces to the subway line and a 15 min walk to shinjuku station! You’ll find many local spots around the hotel! "

"Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us."

"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend."

"The location is perfect for those wanting to stay in Shinjuku near all the bars and restaurants. The beds are large queen size. There’s 4 of them.
Overall really liked the unit. We booked one night and ended up extending for a total of 4 nights."

"Clean room and could easily accommodate for our family of 4. Close to the food areas as well as convenience stores without being in a high traffic area. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.
Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"One of the best places ive stayed in all of japan. The posting is a bit strange and doesn't do it justice however, but it is basically a standard, well maintained, apartment. Being in the korea district was surprisingly enjoyable and the distance from the train and other major locations was perfect."

"This place was amazing! The directions to get to it were so well thought out by the host, we were initially worried, but the host made it so easy! The place is in a great location. Very clean, safe, and close to the metro. I am so glad I booked this place and would recommend it to anyone! "

"The hotel is very friendly and the front desk staff are very helpful to assist with any questions you asked. The room is clean and comfortable. I will stay there again. Hopefully in the future, there is airport shuttle bus service at this location.
Thank you."
"Nice hotel in a very good location. Would stay there again.
The only gripe that I have is that you have to check yourself in on screens in the reception area and when you have been travelling all day and are very tired it does get a bit tedious especially when your name that you have to use for the login is incorrect (not my fault as they store your first and last name very strangely - could be hotels.com or the hotel itself) as you have to input this info or it won't move forward until it is exactly right. Not a great first impression but it did get better."
"I liked the hotel. Very luxurious. The rooms are a little small a like most of Tokyo - but they are as advertised, so please do your research. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Ice is readily available, they have a bar, and several other amenities."
"Room was small but functional. Breakfast is very good. Very good location, away from the busy areas but still close to station, there’s even an underground passage to the station!"
"We chose this hotel because Hotels.com stated hotel offered a convenient shuttle service for easy travel. We contacted the hotel to see how to book this and was told we should take the train from the airport. Not wanting to drag heavy luggage on steps and in train, as well as walk to the hotel from train stop, we took a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel we found the shuttle service would have dropped us right at the door for about 20% the cost of the taxi. Employees should be trained on this issue. Once at the hotel, friendly helpful employees at front desk, elevator, restaurants and bell people. We were asked if we wanted daily newspaper and even though we said yes, had to ask concierge every day for the paper."
