"The apartment was spacious (for Tokyo) and had most things we needed for our trip. The neighbourhood was close enough to many train stations but far enough from Akihabara to be blissfully quiet at night. The kitchen had cooking tools but no cooking oil, tea, coffee, etc that you often find in hotels with kitchens. We managed and the nearby grocery store became our favourite local grocery store. "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"We like the property, in general. Clean, near subway and 5min walk to 7/11 store. The only thing we don’t like, when it’s time for us to check in. There’s no advance email/notice on how to open the lockbox. We only received the email on how to check in, around 12:30am. While we wait in the front door. And also there’s no mention of QR code, attach to the door for you to scan and follow the check-in process. "
