"The chalet was great, in a great location close to all amenities and the Diable lift. However, I would not recommend for 10 adults due to the beds in one of the rooms. There were 4 “beds” in one room which is advertised but in a very tiny room and not comfortable for 4 adults. All other rooms were great. We were told on the day we arrived that there was limited hot water which was not the best news with 10 adults skiing and showering. Overall we had a great time in the Chalet and check in...

"From booking the chalet to arriving communication with the host has been great. We've been to chamrousse before and love it especially the chalets with there perfect location just off the slopes. Although the chalet guard didn't speak much English we checked in with out any problems at all. The chalet its self is well equipped and comfy. Would be a squeeze for 6 people but do able. It was perfect for the two of us especially because I had planned our engagement. Hence a holiday to remember."

The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
