We were told the washing machine did not work and the kitchen smelled of gas - even when the tank was turned off. Several small issues and the host was fairly responsive, but we had a great deal of difficulty finding the property when we arrived (as there was minimal information provided) and had to disrupt several neighbours in order to find it.
