« The hotel and room clean, but our AC unit didn’t work so it was hot and humid. The front desk gave us a couple fans. Then the carbon monoxide detector started going off for a few minutes in the middle of the night, in our room and across the hall. The front desk called their boss who didn’t seem concerned that there was a potential carbon monoxide leak. They had no rooms to place us so they refunded us and we left. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but couldn’t do much »
