Inside, you'll find a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking at home, along with a dining room that’s perfect for meals or game nights. The two spacious living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—offer plenty of room to relax, making it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space.  
  
Please note that this is a split-level home. Upon entering, you'll find only the entryway on the main level. All living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen are located either upstairs or downstairs, and stairs are required to access them.  
  
With two full bathrooms and a thoughtful layout, this home provides all the comfort and functionality you need for a relaxing stay.

• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.  
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)  
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.  
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.  
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.  
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.  
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.  
• No pets allowed!  
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.  
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.  
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.  
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.  
  
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

My husband and I are frequent VRBO renters and found this property to be wonderful. It was immaculate, the beds and living room couches were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the showers had great water pressure. The rental is in an active neighborhood with a busy road behind the house, but during the night it is pretty quiet. We booked this rental to visit family who live in the area and would definitely use this property again.
