It is a good accomdation, our room was small, but good. WE missed a cooler, because the oppotunities for buying stuff was not so big, in the accomodation. When we checked in the woman at the desk really tried to understand us en for us to inderstand her.

Reserve parking, book best room & call in advance

We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained available in the parking. So frustrating and needless stress. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast buffet was very basic and poor value for money. No gluten free or lactose free options despite messaging twice in advance. If I didn't bring my own food I would have had nothing yet still paid for breakfast!!! The coastline is beautiful but the town was lacklustre. It was not even that cheap! Go elsewhere. Paid much less for much better, overpriced and underperforming hotel. We would have left were it not for the really friendly and helpful young lady on reception.

Morgenmaden var ok men det virkede meget sparsomt og beregnende. Som om det ikke var nok mad. Rengøringen på værelset var ikke ok og især badeværelset var beskidt og ikke gjort ordentligt rent. Meget ucharmerende.

En dépannage uniquement

La salle de bain est tellement petite que des WC vous pouvez vous laver les dents dans le lavabo. Le Parking de l'hôtel n'est pas disponible car il y a beaucoup moins de places qu'il existe de chambres, donc vous êtes obligés d'aller vous garer à perpette et de revenir avec vos bagages.

Hôtel très bien situé à Saint Hilaire de Riez

Hôtel 3 étoiles très bien situé en bord de mer. La chambre au 2eme étage avec balcon ensoleillé l'après-midi et vue sur l'océan est très agréable. Le personnel discret est très sympathique. Tres bon endroit pour passer un séjour calme avec une plage juste en face.

L'emplacement est incroyable, directement sur la corniche et avec vue sur mer dans notre chambre. L'hôtel est en bon état malgré une literie un peu moyenne mais pour le reste rien à redire. Suivant la saison, le parking dans la rue peut être compliqué.
