"The apartment was nice. The beds were very uncomfortable due to bad mattresses. The bed linens and pillows were very dusty. It was also difficult to walk up the four flights of stairs, but that’s not the owner’s fault. The location was ok, if you don’t mind being away from the old city. "The room and breakfast included itself was fine. However, the check-in process was absolutely terrible. There was no one manning the desk and they had a machine for a self-check in, but we weren’t given the right reference number so everytime we tried, our reservations were not found. We called for help eventually and after 40 minutes of trying to check in for 2 rooms, we eventually got to the bedrooms and only then we received the correct reference numbers to use for check in. What was the point? Surely we should’ve received that prior to checking in. Not great overall. "
